Preheat oven to 400˚F.  Using a box grater, grate the butter using the largest holes. Place the grated butter in the freezer while you mix together the dry ingredients.  In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add the cold butter.
